In this paper, after a brief and fleeting reference to the definition and principles of ijtihad to interpret the Quran and express its differences with other methods of interpretation, the three major components of rational judgment, expression, description Nmvnhyaby, which are: 1. Development concept and the abolition of property, (2) implementation of evidence; (3) a gap analysis, and concept. The meaning of conceptual development, expansion and spread of the verse of "case" is not it. The gap also means splitting the meaning of the verse to the depth, unlike the conceptual development to move forward in the verse and transverse. For each of these elements, examples of interpretive traditions and texts for better interpretation and jurisprudential interpretation of the new interpretations, in which more than renderings century, have been selected.
