On the other hand, other Islamic denominations including Mu'tazila do appropriately not valorize the infallibility, and have strived to object to the arguments for Imam's infallibility such as the abovementioned ones. Having put forward a sketch of and an introduction to the two books, namely al-Mughnī and al-Shāfī, along with a definition of infallibility, this article will explain and illustrate the aforementioned rational arguments from the viewpoints of the two scholars. Alongside this argumentative route, it will be clarified that Qāzī's objections cannot undermine the arguments because, while dealing with the argument for impossibility of progression, the main emphasis of Imami scholars has been placed upon people's fallibility not upon the problem of punishments accomplishment (Iqāmat al-hudūd). Furthermore, in the argument for preservation of <em>Sharī'a, </em>Qāzī's proposed alternatives cannot be sufficient in order to preserve <em>Sharī'a</em>, and in the argument for incumbency of Imam's conformity, one's failure to follow Imam can be justifiably interpreted as undervaluing Imamate. Nonetheless, some of Sayyed Murtazā's responses stay in need of further illustrations.  <br /> از براهین عقلی عصمت امامت می‌توان به برهان امتناع تسلسل ائمه، وجوب حفظ شریعت و وجوب پیروی امام اشاره کرد که علمای مذهب امامیه به آن استدلال کرده‌اند. از طرف دیگر، دیگر مذاهب اسلامی همچون معتزلیان، اعتبار چندانی برای عصمت قائل نیستند و سعی کرده‌اند به براهین عصمت امام از جمله سه برهان مذکور اشکال وارد کنند. این مقاله پس از بیان کلیات و معرفی مختصر دو کتاب المغنی و الشافی و تعریف عصمت، سه برهان عقلی مذکور را از نگاه دو دانشمند امامی و معتزلی (سید مرتضی و قاضی عبدالجبار) مورد تبیین و بررسی قرار می‌دهد که در طی این مسیر روشن خواهد شد که اشکالات قاضی نمی‌توانند نافی براهین مزبور باشند؛ چراکه در برهان امتناع تسلسل تکیۀ علمای امامیه بر خطاکار بودن امت است نه مسئلۀ اقامۀ حدود، در برهان حفظ شریعت نیز جایگزین‌های پیشنهادی قاضی عبدالجبار نمی‌تواند جانشین مناسبی برای حفظ شریعت باشد و در برهان پیروی از امام، عدم پیروی از امام در موارد خطای او، درواقع تقلیل جایگاه امامت به حساب می‌آید. با این وجود، برخی پاسخ‌های سید مرتضی نیز به تکمیل و توضیح بیشتری نیاز دارد.<br />   http://pfk.qom.ac.ir/article_930_0df56e4c9d4ba2ad9fe262435d948772.pdf
