I have not discussed any of the arguments put forward by various thinkers. Furthermore, I have refrained from any exegetical discussion of the Principle. I have raised and discussed three principal questions: first, is it the case that “whatever reason dictates religion does so too”? Second, what is to be done if dictates of reason and religion turn out to be different or incompatible? Third, how are we to ascertain that dictates of reason or inferences made by reason are Satanic/impure/vicious? Some of the Conclusions: 1. To find out whether any particular reason is or isn’t Satanic/impure/vicious we have no choice but to evaluate the dictates of reason which in turn leads us into a series of intractable problems. 2. Calling reason virtuous or vicious does not solve the problem of evaluating each and every dictate or inference of reason. This approach is utterly futile and is effectively useless. These difficulties finally lead to The Problem of the Principle of Correlation which cannot be solved unless we somehow give up the independent authority of reason.  <br /> <br /> در این مقاله تلاش می‌کنم ربط و نسبتی که <strong>قاعدۀ</strong><strong> </strong><strong>ملازمه</strong> میان عقل و شرع برقرار می‌کند را تحلیل کنم. برای این هدف‌‌، سه سؤال محوری طرح و به ترتیب تحلیل می‌شود: نخست‌‌، آیا «هر آن‌ چه عقل بدان حکم کند‌‌، شرع نیز بدان حکم می‎کند»؟ دوم‌‌، چنانچه در موضوعی حکم شرع و حکم عقل متغایر یا متعارض از آب در آیند، چه باید کرد؟ سوم‌‌، چگونه تشخیص یا تمییز بدهیم که احکام صادرشدۀ‌ عقلِ مورد بحث، آلوده / نفسانی / شیطانی است؟ برخی از نتایج مقاله عبارت‌اند از: 1) از آنجا که ‌‌‌‌‌عقل‌های ما بدون استثناء همگی دسترس‌ناپذیرند، ناگزیریم برای تمییز چگونگی عقل‌ها‌‌، همواره به ارزیابی احکام صادرشدۀ‌ عقل‌ها بپردازیم؛ 2). این‌که ‌‌‌‌‌برای عقل اوصافی پسندیده یا نکوهیده در نظر بگیریم و تصور کنیم با این کار تکلیف تمام احکام صادرشدۀ‌ همۀ ‌عقل‌های عالَم را ـ برای همیشه ـ تعیین کرده‌ایم، شیوۀ‌ بی‌حاصلی است و به نتایجی هم منتهی نمی‌شود؛ 3)  برای نجات <strong>قاعدۀ</strong><strong> </strong><strong>ملازمه</strong> از معضله‌اش هیچ اقدام یکپارچه و خلل‌ناپذیری بدون نفی استقلال عقل نمی‌توانیم، ‌صورت بخشیم. https://pfk.qom.ac.ir/article_1366_788e8dab12087c80e5553398b08461c1.pdf
