So, for such a subject matter, there have been suggested a great number of theoretical views and practical procedures, which for a long time have been disputed by the experts in the fields of religion, philosophy, ethics, psychology and management. The present essay initially considers ethical action and its psychological roots. Next, it focuses on different theories concerning criteria for the evaluation of ethical action such as altruism, essential good and badness, and inspiration of consciousness as well as on the factors affecting ethical and non-ethical behaviors. Then, based on Islamic traditions, it points out the four principles of the normative ethics, i.e., commitment, monitoring, evaluation, and reprimand. And, finally, it analyzes the global backgrounds of formulating ethical code for organizations and its criteria including the principle of moral honesty, of ownership, of trust, of equity, and of citizenship, presenting the extensions of the studied dimensions.   مبحث معیارهای اخلاقی و قاعده تدوین منشور اخلاقی در طول حیات انسان مقوله‌ای دیرین و دارای ابعاد و مولفه‌های مختلفی است، منظرگاههای علمی و تئوریکی و راهکارهای عملی فراوانی برای این موضوع طرح شده و از دیرباز محل مناقشه ارباب نظر در حوزه‌های دین، فلسفه، اخلاق، روان‌شناسی و مدیریت بوده است. در این مقاله ضمن بررسی فعل اخلاقی، خاستگاههای روان‌شناختی و ارتباطی آن مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد و سپس نظریات متعدد مرتبط با معیارسنجی فعل اخلاقی از جمله نظریة دگردوستی، حسن و قبح ذاتی افعال، الهام وجدان و امثال آن بازنگری و به عوامل موثر بر رفتار اخلاقی و غیر اخلاقی پرداخته می‌شود. سپس اصول چهارگانه علم اخلاق ارزشی یعنی تعهد، نظارت، حسابگری و سرزنش نیز با استناد به روایات مورد بررسی و مطالعات روان‌شناسان نیز مورد تأکید قرار می‌گیرد در نهایت زمینه‌های جهانی تدوین منشور اخلاقی سازمانها و معیارهای آن مانند اصل امانت، مالکیت، اعتماد، شفافیت و منزلت، انصاف، شهروندی و حساسیت متقابل تحلیل می‌گردند و مصادیق منشور یاد شده در ابعاد مورد مطالعه نیز ارائه می‌گردد.   https://pfk.qom.ac.ir/article_193_4af53ec6f9beabec8f8b53a600f2fa5c.pdf
