Since there are some differences in basic principle as well as in methodology, it is necessary to examine the correlation of truth with justice in different epistemic levels or layers. The present essay attempts to embark on such a study by mentioning some more important examples, so that to provide an entrance to the nowadays settings of the discussion for Persian-speaking readers.   پرسش از رابطة حق و عدالت، مجال مناسبی را برای بازنمود برخی از مهم‌ترین تقابل‌های فکری در زمینة ارزش‌های بنیادین سیاسی مثل عدالت، برابری، آزادی و حقوق بشر می تواند فراهم کند. با توجه به این‌که عده‌ای از اندیشه ورزان معاصر  علاوه بر اختلاف در مبانی، تفاوت‌های روش‌شناسانه با هم دارند لازم است میان حق و عدالت در سطوح و لایه‌های معرفتی متعددی نسبت‌سنجی شود. این نوشتار به اختصار با ذکر برخی از نمونه‌های بااهمیت‌تر به این مهم می‌پردازد و مدخلی را برای ورود به فضای امروزی بحث در اختیار خوانندة فارسی زبان قرار می دهد.     https://pfk.qom.ac.ir/article_277_9067d59ac6054d6f2d193735ebe3268e.pdf
