نگاهی به مبادی و مسائل فلسفه اطلاعاتِ لوچیانو فلوریدی

چکیده

فلسفه اطلاعات عنوانی است که لوچیانو فلوریدی، فیلسوف معاصر ایتالیایی، برای اشاره به یک حوزه جدید در مطالعات فلسفی عنوان کرده است. فلسفه اطلاعات در زمره آن دسته از فلسفه های مضاف است که هم دارای جنبه پدیدارشناختی است و هم دارای جنبه فرانظریه‌ای. این بدان معنی است که فلسفه اطلاعات از یک سو متکفل تحقیق انتقادی درباره ماهیت مفهومی و اصول اساسی اطلاعات، از جمله دینامیک های اطلاعات، کاربرد اطلاعات و علوم مربوط به اطلاعات است و از سوی دیگر، معطوف به اخذ و کاربرد روش شناسی‌های مبتنی بر نظریه اطلاعات و رایانش برای حل مسائل فلسفی است. در مقاله حاضر، پس از تبیین سیر تاریخی ظهور فلسفه اطلاعات در تاریخ تفکر غرب، مسائل هجده گانه مطرح در آن به اجمال تبیین می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

“Philosophy of Information” is an appellation coined by Luciano Floridi, the
contemporary Italian philosopher, to refer to a new field in the philosophical studies.
Philosophy of Information which is among ‘the philosophies of’ enjoys both
phenomenological aspect and metatheoritical aspect. Philosophy of Information (PI)
concerned with the critical investigation of the conceptual nature and basic
principles of information including dynamics of information and application of
sciences relevant to information; it also deals with the elaboration and application of
information-theoretic and computational methodologies to philosophical problems.
The essay ahead, initially presents the historical development of emerging
Philosophy of Information in the history of western thought; then it explains 18
issues of this theoretical area.
